Igal Katz — Mortgage & Property Advisory — is committed to making its services accessible to the widest possible audience, including people with disabilities. This website has been made accessible in accordance with the Israeli Equal Rights for Persons with Disabilities Law, 1998, and the Equal Rights for Persons with Disabilities Regulations (Service Accessibility Adjustments), 2013, following Israeli Standard IS 5568 at Level AA (based on WCAG 2.1).

Scope

  • This statement applies to the website https://www.igalkatz.co.il, including all its sub-pages and languages (Hebrew, English, French, German and Dutch).
  • It does not apply to external files, third-party sites, or embedded content outside our control.

Conformance level

  • The site conforms to Israeli Standard IS 5568 at Level AA, except for the items listed below.
  • It has been tested on the latest versions of Chrome, Safari, Firefox and Edge on desktop and mobile (iOS and Android).
  • It is compatible with the NVDA, JAWS and VoiceOver screen readers.

Accessibility features

  • An accessibility toolbar is available on every page via the accessibility icon and offers: text resizing, high contrast, negative contrast, grayscale, readable font, link highlighting, pause animations, large cursor and enhanced keyboard focus indicator.
  • Proper semantic structure: HTML5 landmarks, hierarchical headings (H1–H6), ARIA labels on interactive elements and a single <main> per page.
  • Full keyboard navigation (Tab, Shift+Tab, Enter, Space, Esc) and a "Skip to content" link at the top of every page.
  • Meaningful alt text on informative images; decorative images marked with empty alt.
  • Mobile tap targets at least 44×44 pixels.
  • RTL support for Hebrew and LTR for other languages, with the correct lang attribute.
  • User accessibility preferences are stored locally in the browser and restored on every visit.

Parts that may not be fully accessible

  • PDF documents produced by third parties (e.g. bank statements) — available in an accessible format on request.
  • Images or maps embedded from external sources may lack full descriptions.
  • We fix any issue brought to our attention as quickly as possible.
